GB'S Got Talent Episode 3

Our monthly installment of GB'S Got Talent went down on the very last day of April and our talented contestants closed out the month with a bang. This month, we had ten performers compete for first, second, and third place, and the decision was as difficult as ever. We had an amazingly talented group of dancers, rappers, and singers for episode three including four youth performances. We know we come from one of the most talented states in the country, but this last episode proved you are never too young to put on a show.
This month, we held our Talent Show in honor of Nike's launch of the men's Nike React Element 87 and the women's React Element 55. We brought in three celebrity judges: Mr. Commodore came back to check out the new talent along with Jaquae and CYN Ralph. All of the judges were very supportive to our talent and gave them advice in the beginning as well as critiques at the end. They went above and beyond and made the tough decision as to who our winners would be. Taking third place was rapper BBY HNDRXX who decided to use his $75 credit to get a Nike Zip Up. Second place went to Sonaya, a young singer who had just decided to sign up on the day of the event and she chose a new Women's Nike Air Force 1. Our first place winner was another young singer named Ariel who performed her own original song. She got to bring home the brand new Women's Nike React Element 55, one of our featured sneakers of the night.
All around we were just impressed as ever by all of the performances and we are sure we will see plenty of their names in lights some day soon. We love taking a day out of the month to highlight all of our local talent and putting their art on display. If you or someone you know would like to be involved in our fourth episode of GB'S Got Talent in May, send an email to Talent@gbny.com.
