HOW CAN I PLACE A PHONE ORDER?

You can fill out and submit the phone/email order form which is located on each product page and then one of our sales representatives will call you ASAP on the phone number you have provided. You can also call us at 1-800-232-4710 to place an order over the phone by providing a credit/debit card number (up to $199) with other details over the phone. We can also send you a PayPal invoice. Once the invoice has been paid on PayPal or if you gave your credit/debit card you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info within 24 hours of the payment being processed.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE PRODUCT RELEASE DATE FOR LAUNCH?

All the major release dates will be posted on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. We highly encourage all our customers to subscribe to our email subscription for latest launch dates, offers and promotions. We do not share, sell or spam our customer’s email.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For exchanges, If the item/items are lesser in value, you will get the store credit for the difference. If the item/items are greater in value, you are required to pay the additional amount.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

Orders are cancelled rarely because the shoe was out of stock.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR. CAN I RETURN IT?

You may exchange the product/products if the order was placed wrong. In this case you are responsible for shipping fees both ways. You are welcome to provide your own shipping labels. Exchanges are limited to availability of the product.

CAN I PAY WITH GIFT CARD?

We do not accept any other gift card other than the e-gift card from our store. We accept American Express, Discover, Master card, PayPal and Visa.
